I am a Ukrainian professional living and working in the United States since 2022. My mission is to help parents and children build conscious, harmonious relationships while assisting adults in finding internal stability, growth, and self-realization within new life circumstances.

I work extensively with Ukrainian families abroad, supporting their adaptation in the US through educational and coaching programs. I create and develop mutual support communities for parents and children.

I am an associate member of the “Ukrainian Psychological Association” and the “Ukrainian Academy of Sciences,” a board member of the “Association of Coaches and Facilitators of Education,” and serve as the Vice President for Parenting, Child Development, and Coaching at the International Association of Scientists “Intellectual Leadership.”

6. Why do you want to become a member of the International Association of Scientists “Intellectual Leadership”?

I share the Association’s mission to unite the intellectual potential of Ukrainians and the international community for the advancement of science, education, and society. It is important for me to be part of a professional environment that fosters knowledge exchange and supports innovative approaches to conscious leadership. My membership allows me to scale my experience in parenting and psychology to a global level, contributing to the development of a value-driven and conscious society.

Higher education in Business Economics and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Labor Economics (officially evaluated in the USA). Additionally, I have completed long-term professional training in integrative family and child psychology.
