1.2. The founder, administrator, and guarantor of the System’s reputation is the International Association of Scholars «Intellectual Leadership», which unites scholars, inventors, entrepreneurs, innovators, and thought leaders from various countries around the world.
1.3. The System has international status and operates on the principles of openness, academic freedom, intercultural dialogue, and high ethical standards.
1.4. The awards hold high social, professional, and international significance.
