I am a psychological counselor, certified coach and communications professional with extensive experience working with individuals, teams and businesses. I combine psychological counseling, coaching, facilitation and communication tools to help people navigate professional and personal challenges and realize their potential. Since 2023, I have provided psychosocial counseling to Ukrainian refugees in cooperation with IPSO International Psychosocial Organization and the Malteser refugee assistance project.

I wish to join the International Association of Scientists “Intellectual Leadership” because I share its commitment to intellectual development, international professional cooperation and knowledge exchange. I would like to combine my practical experience in psychology, coaching, education and communications with contemporary scientific approaches, participate in interdisciplinary and educational initiatives, and contribute to the professional and psychological support of people, including Ukrainians living in an international environment.
