Manager and military officer with experience in strategic and operational planning, interdepartmental coordination, and decision-making in crisis environments.
Having personally experienced prolonged Russian captivity, I have a deep understanding of the challenges faced by service members and former prisoners of war during their return and reintegration into civilian life. I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Psychology with a particular focus on trauma, crisis psychology, stress, resilience, and psychological support.
5. Public / Community Activity:
Head of the Department of Social Policy and Support for Veterans and Former Prisoners of War within the Kyiv team of the International Association of Scientists “Intellectual Leadership.”
My work focuses on developing a comprehensive support system for veterans, service members, former prisoners of war, and their families, including social assistance, protection of rights, psychological support, and reintegration.
I also publicly raise awareness of the challenges and protection of rights of military personnel returning from captivity. My personal story of captivity, return to Ukraine, and the process of restoring my rights was covered by the Ukrainian media outlet hromadske in 2026.
6. Statement of Purpose:
I seek to combine my management and military experience, personal experience of returning from captivity, and academic training in psychology to develop effective and systematic programs supporting veterans and former prisoners of war.
Membership in the Association provides an opportunity to develop interdisciplinary initiatives at the intersection of psychology, social policy, science, and practical management; to engage Ukrainian and international experts; and to create scalable models of social and psychological rehabilitation and reintegration in Ukraine and internationally.
This fully corresponds to the declared mission of the Association — the practical application of knowledge, international cooperation, and the transformation of scientific ideas into real solutions.

- 2025 – present: Mariupol State University, Master’s Degree Program in Psychology. Areas of study include social and crisis psychology, personality psychology, trauma and crisis states, psychodiagnostics, psychological counseling, stress psychology, and resilience.
- 2010–2012: Military Training Program at Donetsk National Technical University. Military occupational specialty 02100; military rank — Junior Lieutenant.
- 2008–2013: Donetsk National University, Master’s Degree, Computer and Mathematical Modeling. Fundamental training in mathematical analysis, optimization methods, modeling of complex systems, and data-driven decision-making.
