I have traveled extensively around the world, visiting more than 60 countries, which has given me broad international and cross-cultural experience.

I have also conducted seminars on six different continents, sharing my experience in education, management, leadership, and motivation.

Having visited Ukraine several times, I developed a deep appreciation for the country and its people.

I consider it a priority to use my international experience in education, management, and professional development to support Ukrainian and international communities.

I believe that membership in the International Association of Scientists “Intellectual Leadership” will provide an opportunity to exchange knowledge, build meaningful international connections, and make a practical contribution to education, leadership, and cooperation among people and nations.
